MIND AGAINST TOUR 2024

In the dynamic world of live performances, HighScream has unveiled a innovative and exceptional work of art that utilizes motion to to create a truly unique and captivating experience for the audience of the Mind Against Tour 2024.  From the outset, this collaboration between Romain Pissenem and all the HighScream team with Mind Against was driven by a shared vision of creating a captivating experience. Mind Against brought a clear concept to the table that served as the foundation for the show's design. Their vision, encapsulated in the concept of HABITAT sought to create an immersive experience that transcended traditional notions of live performance.

HighScream, under the visionary leadership of Romain Pissenem, embraced this vision wholeheartedly, working closely with the artists to bring their ideas to life. Working closely with Christopher Bauder and drawing inspiration from the work of WHITEvoid, particularly their kinetic light sculpture, CIRCULAR, HighScream embarked on a journey to create a dynamic centerpiece for the tour.

The circular structure of the installation aimed to create a dynamic and visually engaging centerpiece for the show.  Achieving the perfect balance between the art installation, video content, and lighting show is paramount in creating an immersive and unforgettable experience for the audience. Each element plays a crucial role in shaping the overall atmosphere and narrative of the performance. The art installation serves as the physical main attraction, setting the stage for the entire show and providing a tangible focal point for the audience to engage with. Meanwhile, the video content adds depth and dimension, enhancing the visual landscape and complementing the themes conveyed through the music. Finally, the lighting show serves as the dynamic backbone, infusing the space with energy and emotion, guiding the audience's focus, and amplifying the impact of key moments in the performance. It's through the careful integration and harmonization of these elements that the true magic of the live experience comes to life, captivating the senses and leaving a lasting impression on all who attend.

HighScream rose to the occasion, partnering with NFTP for production support, ensuring that every aspect of the performance was executed with precision and flair. An important aspect of their endeavor was to guarantee that the motion was exceptionally fluid, to give the appearance of something alive to the installation, while ensuring that the lighting power of the rings' flexible LEDs was optimized to illuminate and emphasize the venues, enhancing the overall visual impact of the experience.

Moreover, instead of hiding the support pillars, it was decided to embraced them, adding to the industrial aesthetic of the installation. The circular structure symbolizes time travel, serving as a focal point for the music and visuals, while also reflecting the artists' desire to transport viewers to new realms of imagination and possibility.  It is described as a "moving bottle" that transports viewers on a mystical and futuristic journey. In the words of Pissenem: "For me, it's about creating a journey, a portal to another realm. It's about pushing the boundaries of what is possible and inviting audiences to experience something truly extraordinary.

Through these cooperative efforts and fusion of skills, HighScream has created more than just a concert installation – they have crafted an experience in a fascinating project that combines artistic vision with technical expertise to create an immersive experience for the audience.
