SOLO ANSAMBLIS | ARENA is an innovative stage project designed by Arvydas Buinauskas / AB Light, pushing stage design beyond convention and creating a space where perception itself becomes part of the performance. The project was conceived with the goal of fracturing the familiar, turning the traditional stage image into something unexpected and emotionally powerful.

The stage is divided into two visual worlds: one side orderly and geometric, the other seemingly shattered by an invisible force. This duality generates visual and emotional tension, provoking curiosity and introspection. The result is a landscape that challenges clarity, blurring the line between what is seen and what is understood.

Technically, the set was built on a transparent screen, subtly fracturing the space and revealing the raw skeleton of the stage. The LAYHER structure served both as an architectural foundation and a visual element. Mirrors and reflective plastics distort the environment, offering the audience glimpses of themselves—fragmented and multiplied. Layers of fog and haze dissolve boundaries and expand the perceived space, while asymmetrically arranged scenic elements enhance the sense of instability and depth. Beyond its visual sophistication, ARENA stands out as a perfect example of collaboration, where each team member contributed seamlessly, resulting in a unified and coherent artistic vision.
